Corona virus 

 

Information For our guests that have booked a stay or just want to get out in their caravan or motorhome 

 

We are following government guidelines,  we are currently remaining open ( but this may change ) every bodies safety is paramount. 

 

While we pride ourselves on greeting all our guests personally on arrival normally , changes have been made and during this uncertain time we shall keep contact & greetings to a minimum. 

 

If you wish to isolate yourself during you visit with us we are happy to offer you a MINIMAL CONTACT STAY at Welcombe X Campsite please just let us know. 

 

We will happily communicate with you via phone, messenger or email , and should you wish all payments can be made via PayPal or the bank transfer , so you dont have to visit our site office using our card machine, please let us know if you would prefer this.

 

If your  a tourer in a camper, caravan or motorhome we would prefer if you use your own sanitation facilities ( just at the present time ) but rest assured if your Glamping with us we are adding extra duties to our already strict cleaning program throughout our toilet/shower block/ communal areas. 

 

Wipes/ cleaning products will also be provided for using in our accommodations (subject to availability) for your use.

 

As always our phones are on 24/7 for any questions before/during or after your stay
